Without Rev. This Co. Sole asset - a closed water bottling plant in Marion, NC is a liability not an asset. The debt is too high they can’t service it or any debt so they convert notes into common stock to sell but to who..? The stock carb rise because they’re flooding the market with it and it sure can fall. Catch-22 here. Do your homework
