He could have and should have done one simple thing that would have stopped all of this.

Acquired a complimentary telamed or health company while waiting for Good Clinic to get going. That's it. Would have brought in revenues. Attention. Respect from the investment community. He certainly had the share structure to do it.

Instead he has sat on his azz doing nothing. Waiting, hoping that even one clinic can open up.

Pure laziness.
