So the question is do you believe Paul and his squad can bring you value as a shareholder.

Toxic debt and dilution are cousins, it's just that toxic debt is out of the hands of the company once the holders of the debt decide to dilute; whereas the dilution by issuing shares is fully controlled by the company. "Toxic debt" usually depicts a company that probably isn't going to make it. So Paul lauding "no toxic debt" when his company fails and he dilutes them anyway is not the battle cry you want to hear.
