Talking about a lawsuit sure doesn't seem to be helping the price. But I think this is being manipulated down, judging by the small volume that took it down this low. I own over a million shares. I am getting tired of the delays. But a lawsuit could drag out for many years. I have been in a few of those, and it's always pathetic what you get out of it. I might lose $10K, and get a check for $150 years later after the dust settles. Our best hope is that something is actually in the works, and we'll hear about it "soon". Tangiers you would think would be all over them too.
