Dmceng4, yes, the hearing on Tuesday could be a big deal. At some point, the Judge needs to address the EC Emergency Motion concerning removing the DIP which is Rule 60.

Not sure when or how this is addressed but after all this Motion was deemed an emergency when filed last week. Then Sussberg's deal is due on Monday so we shall see if he makes this already delayed, postponed date.
