I don’t think we’ll hear anything this year. Avaloq was sold to NEC corporation on October 5th, the deal will be completed by April 2021.

“NEC will acquire unlisted Avaloq, Europe's top provider of financial asset management software, from Avaloq's founder and employees and private equity firm Warburg Pincus, which has a 45% stake and engineered the sale.”

FiveT website mentions their relationship with TBS Labs and Avaloq which may or may not change with the sale to NEC “Improved operational stability via FiveT infrastructure and resources through relationships with TBS Labs and Avaloq.”

I’m not sure what FiveT stake is in this Avaloq sale or if that stake is being sold but FiveT is a gold mine and I’ll be loading until December.
