The ticker LOFB represents Boon Industries they are what is left after the reverse merger, triangular merger who knows exactly what it is? The problem for Boon Industries is they ended up with a tainted ticker that was connected to Lawrence Twombly. This tainted ticker owes a lot of us VGID shareholders a lot of shares until this is resolved, thinking this is going nowhere fast? Personally I was excited to be getting LOFB shares when I knew that Buzzy was going to be no way connected with this company. Now what he won't award the promised shares, we lived up to our end of the bargain why he won't live up to his? Character matters one can guess even in the Wild, Wild West of the OTC. One can only guess Buzzy is to busy running the FHBC business to care about the LOFB issue or the stock price of VGID. All connected and all so sad.
