Have you come to the conclusion yet that the puzzle of Falak & co is unsolvable unless they decide they want it to be? Your emails, texts, even mailings to their PO box in Dubai will never get you the answers you want, even if you get a response. Liquidity will drop dramatically when quotes & Level 2 are taken away by next Aug (at the earliest) unless they comply with the SEC's minimum acceptable requirements.
