Hi arizona1, I think they did but imagine trying to shutdown travel to europe before the virus had spread very far. Europe nor the media would have been very happy. Just imagine how mental the MSM would have gone.

And it wouldn't have mattered cuz people coming back to all over the US from January cruises would have caused outbreaks everywhere anyways.

Andddddd did you notice that many parts of the US are doing better that western europe right now ? Hmmmmmm.
