How can value not be compared?

Technicals aside, I am open to hearing your bear case for how there isn’t value here at FPVD?

I have asked in this board for any counterexamples to my reasoning/value proposition and nobody has been able to provide any coherent reasons why this is a “bag” (other than current pps trending downward).
