It was not a scam as they were growing revenues and building out labs. The problem is poor execution and sadly a stupid self absorbed CEO who never listened to the experts and never cared one ioda about the shareholders as he used this as his only piggy back. Why did he never sell many shares? Because he is on the top of the list once bankruptcy happens through preferred shares. Him and Lori are the definition of white collar criminals.
