Thank you Airys. Although I am a bit wary of Petar, but I got a good few answers to some questions.

#1)q: If you had the AF's as you said you did why didn't you post them.

A:He had the AF's but seems they where done wrong without closing out the prior company and he was convinced last minute not to use them.

#2) Q: If you didn't own any shares how do you benefit by your work ? you don't work for free do you ?

A: He got upfront fees and will get percentage profit of the deals.


These 2 questions have been bugging me the whole time. I am happy with the answers at least. Obviously, I am not happy with the rest of what's going on.

I hope for myself and the rest of us that we can recover some of our losts.
