Well I see judge isgur is overseeing the negotiations that Judge Jones messed up From the start how could a reorganization and/or reconstruction Judge say what he said from the start as soon as he became an insider when he was assigned this case saying I do not want speculation... and JC pennies is a public company financed by shareholders... he’s an idiot loser insider... and then later on he said you better have some dry powder... this tells me he did know the speculation could bring up the share price months ago... he better hope this judge isgur gets it right
