Because current management is chasing a pipe dream. This deal is a no win no win. And my hunch insiders and family members will be the only one to make money.

August disappointing revenues is just the beginning... I hated it when the company used Covid for the lack of revenues ehile July and June were record breaking revenues during Covid. Such Garbage!!!
