What the heck is this?

...it has entered into an Exclusive Evaluation and Commercialization Option License Agreement with the National Cancer Institute (NCI)...



Read that slowly. They don't own the drug and don't really say whether they're going to try and commercialize, and they're not a drug company, so they can't make it. They have an exclusive agreement to evaluate with an option to commercialize, and no mention of what it might be worth if they do.

Typical pump and dump fluffy hype.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
