Here's something to think about: I have been in MKGP since 2012. The OS then was 131mm, the AS 500mm. Now the OS is 52mm AS 250mm. The trade-able float was 32mm now its 8.36mm.
When we were coming out of the Grays a few people figured it out and posted here (Thanks). I and a others started buying. In my opinion the MMs decided "easy money" and sold shares they did not have. They continued selling and selling millions of shares IMO. Now, with recent changes in the share structure, I believe they finally realized that they are trapped. Thus the Clown Show we see yesterday and today.
Right now at .05 the market value is $2.5mm. The company has access to $50mm financing. That and the merger, without anything else makes this a $1+ stock. IMO
