The upcoming 2-5 acquisitions will put XALL on a pathway to annually generate $30M+ based on revenue projections released through prior PRs. This of course is predicated on two of the acquisitions being 1Rivet and Adaptive or similar size companies. Any additional acquisitions this year will be the icing on the cake.

Now factor in Tier II Reg A that they anticipate submitting and completing during Q1 2021. In the 8/20 PR Xalles stated they are in discussion with a large pipeline of acquisition candidates.

How much will 2021 revenue be? IMO, it will unquestionably be many millions more than this year and potentially make $30M a dot in the rearview mirror. Where would that put the PPS?
