Chan needs a PR that speaks to exactly WHEN he expects to close on +30% in Budcars and estimate what that would look like in terms of SGMD Revenues/profit, etc...assuming LA Launch, etc. Put all the caveats on it he wants..but has to put a stake in the ground here that we can track against...otherwise, Budcars PRs mean nothing to stockholders
