Letter to Legitimate Shareholders. Andy Mercer is a POS.

So, I emailed Andy and nicely asked what the status is of the Greek deal, distributors being listed on the website, and whether the company is doing anything about the allegations of stock manipulation by MM’s.

He sent me this as a reply:

To Legitimate Shareholders of:

OPTI (OTC Markets). OPTI is currently a penny stock and as such is prone to speculation that can cause wild fluctuations in the market. Penny Stocks are very High-Risk investments and NOT for everyone, especially those that feel they have to watch it everyday and react to the downward trend, or upward trend like it is their last hope. If it is your last hope and/or affected by every move it makes, then it may not be for you.
OPTI is a real company, doing real business and growing. Much of the negative dialogue out there is done by people that don’t own the stock, or are in it only for the “Short” side of the equation and they DON”T care about you at all, except to convince you to sell. In many cases, they get paid to bash the Company and probably other companies. In my mind, It is a disgusting way to make a living, but so be it. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY in this Company is selling shares, nor have they sold them in the past.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future return, nor is it necessarily indicative of future performance. Keep in mind, investing involves a high degree of risk. The value of your investment could fluctuate over time and you gain or lose money.

He sent it as a Word document, so I replied and asked him if this was an official company document that would be filed or if it was just a reply that only some would receive. He did not reply.

Seriously, this is some real bullshit.

To quote Andy, “In my mind, it is a disgusting way to make a living, but so be it.”, sounds like it applies to him and Roger.

I didn’t want to believe this is a scam, but his response, and prior responses he has given to me and other shareholders, are pointing in that direction more and more with each passing day.

ALWAYS OPTIMIZE EARNING POTENTIAL BY NOT MAKING DD OPTIONAL.
ONE DOESN'T NEED TO BE AN OPTICIAN TO SEE WHAT IS REAL.
BEING AN OPTIMIST IS GOOD, BUT IT WON'T ALWAYS LEAD TO OPTIMUM RESULTS.
GO OUT AND OPTIMIZE YOUR DAY!!
