To everyone who is saying if you don't like it, then sell your shares, let me ask you how long are you willing to wait for something to materialize? 5 years? 10 years? 50 years? What is enough patience based upon the statements the company has made over the past 7-8 years?

As I've stated, I've followed since it was named Quantum & have been a shareholder for over 6 years but stopped accumulating shares in 2017 (and honestly haven't really missed out on any buying opportunities because of it since the stock has been dead money). There is a big difference between being patient and being taken for a ride.

The stock isn't a lottery ticket which is random chance. If it hits, it hits and if it doesn't it doesn't ... oh well, too bad so sad. If you think the stock is a lottery ticket, then you truly have not done any DD on your investment.

The stock is reflective of a publicly traded company with legal rights to a natural resource which has a marketable value (although the total value can be debated). The company has a legal obligation to release information about its assets, liabilities, resources, and other financial information.

I invested because of DD based upon what the company released such as when the PEA stated as potential value of the resource. All I needed to do was wait for the BFS & then things would really happen (or so it was told). Then came PEA2 and even more value of the resource for 30+ years, heck, we didn't even know how long the resource could last, it could be 50+ or even 100 years.

Then the BFS came out and the stock tanked. Then we argued about the price of Scandium and whether or not the BFS was realistic.

Permits received, no rail line needed would save costs, no water line to the Missouri River needed to save costs, improved metallurgy to increase yield & reduce waste, contractors lined up & ready to build, offtake agreements, Nebraska tax incentives, critical materials list, presenting at conferences ... the only thing left is financing which should happen in 2017 or 2018.

I mean, there is even a pinned post from 18 months ago about how the NPV is US$9.47/share but we haven't even been close to 1/10th of that.

I'm not advocating for Mark to be fired, but you can't do DD on information which isn't valid. I don't intend on selling (yet). But it is insulting to state that I (and many others like me) haven't been patient or done our DD on the company and the resource.
