DSMC makes recommendations. Yet Dr Seethramju mentioned DSMC and FDA we’re reviewing results of trial. So what does Cydy and Nader actually know in regards to what was said ? We know it’s not stop trial because it’s not working. So that leaves two/three things. One would still be grant EUA by asking FDA to approve due to positive results / lives saved due to pandemic. Or possible continue to full enrollment but grant use on compassionate basis/ right to try while still filling trial. Or pay penalty to unblind and look to head to foreign lands. I mean does FDA know the interim results after unblinding but Cytodyn doesn’t. The recommendation made by DSMC are independent of the FDA or are they working in tandem
