I have over 250 free dividend "preferred" shares right now.
Those shares are worth 250x common value, when they will be converted.
I can't convert them until at least two years from now.
But think about what the share price will be here in 2+ years, if DA is signed.
Imagine a share price of $20.00 per share by then, with how HUGE this can get.
254 "free" preferred shares * 250x the value of common stock value (after conversion)
= 63,500 common shares (which were given free to me)
63,500 common shares (after conversion) multiplied by a share price of $20.00 per share (in say Dec. 2022) = $1,270,000
Thank you for the freebies.
And I still have 1.5 million common shares on top of this.
I did not do the tender offer.
Don't need to.
My free dividend shares when they convert to common shares (2+ years from now) will be worth a lot.
I want full control over my base of 1.5 million common shares, and be able to sell most or all of them within 24 months or less, if desired.
Maybe I'll only sell half. But I still want full control.
