The PR today was well written, informative, and very helpful in giving investors an idea of what is happening at Mitesco.

The problem is PR's like this are few and far between and that is why the stock languishes where it does at 2 cents.

They should be knocking out 1 PR a week (at least) to start building some excitement and awareness about what the company is doing. Sadly, I am not sure if Diamond has that in him energy and drive wise. He seems....lazy.

In addition, for the life of me I have NO IDEA why they are not bringing in another M & A company while waiting for The Good Clinic to get rolling. Not only would this bring in new investors, thereby raising the price of the stock AND MAKING THE PLACEMENT(S) 100 X EASIER TO CLOSE, but it would give them a revenue source while waiting for said Good Clinics. A M & A could be done using restricted and preferred stock, cash, or a mix of the 2. It would make the company more attractive to investors, both private and public alike.

For example how good would a private home nursing company with business in 8 states doing over $50 M in revenues look right now? Because that was presented to them and they turned it down. The stock would be trading at 20 cents or higher and closing the placement for $15 M would have been done months ago. Not to mention it fits in perfectly to their business model.

But forget that, right now a VERY hot market is Telamed Apps. Some are selling at 10-20 x revs, which is unheard of. Bringing in an up and coming Telamed app company to MITI, working in conjunction with The Good Clinic, would be a great thing for the company.

The company has the share structure to do it. It looks as if they have the access to cash if they need it. So Diamond? Why are you not doing this? It again would add value to the company and stock and make everything so much easier for them.

There are 3 ways to get ahead in business imo. Be first. Be Smarter. Or Cheat. Now, I have no real belief that Diamond is smarter than most others, but he could be first. First to acquire a disruptive health company in the Telamed field before their valuations climb through the roof, and with the coming "Second Wave" of Covid this winter (yes imo it is overblown but the MSM spins it) valuations imo will climb even higher.

So what are you going to do Larry? Sit on your butt and watch this stock languish at 2 cents, hoping for a Placement close so you can build a clinic? Or are you going to actually act like a SMART, A FIRST, AND AN AGGRESSIVE CEO ala Bobby Axelrod and get out there and BE A SUCCESS?

Which is it? Because I can tell you that you have been here a year and accomplished absolutely nothing.

How embarrassing that must be to you in front of your friends and colleagues.
