I think the recent Form 3 filed by PVDG could be subliminally huge because the Form 3 is what is filed first before filing Form 4s. I think the Insiders know that something is coming to either buy more shares or sell their shares at substantially higher prices. This is the logic that I believe exists here with PVDG since per SEC, a Form 3 is supposed to be filed first before filing the Form 4. We could be getting very close to something major here with PVDG.
