The Form 3 filing means the CEO who now holds shares in his Company thinks that the Company PVDG is way undervalued and is worth a lot more than where it is trading. It signifies many good things are coming . Next we see Financials and name Change All IMO !

It is a HUGE sign of CONFIDENCE !

Can someone please explain the signifigance of this filing? I don't really understand what this means.
