It does not directly affect RLFTF, could investor dollars leave RLFTF to invest in NeuroRx, possible.

As for a double RM/SPAC, i really doubt that. I think RLFTF stock and the new NeuroRx stock will be completely different, they will just be strategic partners on RLF-100

All IMO and this is complete speculation at this point aside for what was said in the presentation which is ...NeuroRx is looking to merge with an EXISITING NYSE stock.
