Best if you actually understood what it takes to have actual certificates produced within a company.
The TA only takes instructions from the people that have the authority to do so.
The certificates are under lock and key.
The certs are all numbered and recorded within the TA system that reports to DRC as well as Finra and SEC.
There is no way anything gets done without the BOD,CEO or Chairman know and approve.
Everything else over all these years and all those excuses rumours etc are all bull faced lies.
Take that to the bank.
