By the way just so I'm being clear. The O/S really doesn't matter right now for this stock because the problem here is that someone is liquidating millions and millions of shares into the float. The 'float' from June 25 on the otcmarkets page is entirely misleading. The only real float is the unrestricted share count. The DTC count is lower so that's good, but every single one of those unrestricted shares can enter the float at any time: Currently capped at 267M as of last update on Oct 9.
