I'd explain it like this: these three companies did business all over the world. And if there was anything material to investors about any business outside of the ones listed, then it would be required to be disclosed in the same level of excruciating detail as everything else in this liquidation.

Whats your explanation? That everything the author of that document wrote was a lie except for the part about "elsewhere" referring to gigantic business in another country worth many multiples more than the amounts set forth in excruciating detail for the stated countries?
