Agreed... and my guess is EUA gives neuro the justification for executing distribution plans and the effect will be immediate... and if necessary, the govt has already put military assistance and other infrastructure in place in prep for vaccines, so we can lean on that as well.

I think we see EUA, then massive/immediate distribution, then a week later excellent real-world results, then SOC right behind it. Things will move fast.
