Thanks. That is the first time I have seen that warning on an OTC stock and I have owned some total scam stocks in the past. Perhaps the OTC administration and the SEC are taking corruption as a serious thing.

I just saw last night an American Greed about Mr Belford and the real Wolf of Wall Street story. Hundreds of people scammed out of 100s of thousands of dollars each. Mr. Belford got only two years in prison. He received $1 Million or more for the movie rights to his scam.

Now he is a successful motivational speaker.

Jimmy Chan, the CEO of SGMD could write a book and get movie rights on SGMD and be rich even if all his assets get confiscated by the SEC for this relentless fraud.
