Yes I like this concept. Actually it first crossed my mind when learning about the discovery motion - because it means the case will not likely go to trial in this decade. But after second thoughts I see it as a subtle measure of the court to put pressure on Intel to settle the case. You know if Intels partners around the globe must take the distinct possibility into account their correspondance with Intel could be evidence in this ligitation they will be more reluctant doing anything which smells like what AMD claims. People just behave so, imo.
