Latest PR out on Mon didn't provide any new details other than who the new CEO will be-but he sure does have a lot of experience (working with cos in this same area/field, which is good) and he's been with SRAX for a good while. Although this may not seem like big news on the surface, having someone in the leadership role who knows what they're doing is a big deal. Plus you know he will have the full support of SRAX, as evidenced by the fact that Miglino will be serving as chairman.
