No one can answer any question on O/S or A/S until that is reported by the Company but I doubt there is much if any difference in Share Structure. Nor do I think it matters much in the trips. I know many disagree with me on that last point, but I base it on previous experience with significantly higher Authorized than this one that produced significant gains for those trading it. As to the trades themselves. For every seller there must be a buyer. I could care less who dumped (as you stated) or sold as I would define it. Reason being, we know from the numbers on the ASK alone that the primary seller is CDEL, a MM obviously. And since the MMs have more than enough shares to sell at 0001, they obviously have no interest in acquiring more. That of course means a retail trader (like you and me) BOUGHT those shares, either from CDEL, another MM or another Trader. And the sheer volume of that purchase is something shareholders here in my opinion should not criticize but celebrate. GLTY!!
