As of June 27, 2019, BLXX had 142,822,644 shares of common stock outstanding; as of July 14, 2020; and 264,541,664 as of now. Business plan is sincere but the outlook questionable - as an OTC ticker with current SS it may upon a pump go to pennies and under the radar fall further while OS increases in moderate steps and intervals. I am in for a few and have supporting bids in the mid 003s - this one needs lots of patience.
