On October 8, 2020, Kristoffer Nelson informed the board of directors (“Board”) of SRAX, Inc. (the “Company”) that he is resigning, effective October 16, 2020, as the Company’s chief operating officer and as a member of the Board. Mr. Nelson is resigning in order to pursue other business activities and not because of any disputes or disagreements with the Company, the Board, management, or the Company’s auditors on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies, procedures or practices.
