PCTL moving to QB is the first step...

of many that the CEO is making to get the company on the right track.

It is not happening as fast as I had hoped for but the increase in revenue, decrease in debt, new contracts in the U.S. and U.K. and expansion of the manufacturing and distributing bases are all pointing to a big move shortly.

Thus the reason I have continued to buy and even picked up another 325K shares yesterday. The manipulation and nonsense will be coming to a halt soon.
