It’s not necessarily a scam, it’s just that patents take up to 5 years and they are very expensive and then you have to go through FDA, so that being said, it looks like there’s a whole bunch of new 5 year long term holders coming in that are willing to go through all the ups and downs of a very long process with zero guarantees of success. Personally I don’t have the patience. I like rolling the dice on bio plays, but only on ones that already have patents and are at least in FDA phase 2
