VRUS ain't uplisting. Like ever.

they are a huge firm who helps companies up list on exchanges

Don't believe Anshu - he has clearly been dishonest and intentionally misled investors for the past year or more.

The R/S is required due to VRUS getting in over-their-heads w/ DILUTIVE FINANCE and running out of available shares in the SS.

This has been explained previously to those who continued to insist there would be no R/S.

'Uplist' is an age-old OTC promise that ain't happening.

It's just held out as a carrot by OTC con-jobs to encourage naive retail investors to continue holding their shares.

I agree w/ share buybacks, but if you peek at the financials VRUS has NO FREE CASH FLOW to enable buybacks.

The Balance-Sheet sucks and Costs exceed Sales Revenues.

VRUS is essentially broke and growing losses every quarter so far. Which is why they're in this pickle.
