I received this PM regarding the way we powered through resistance to first break the 200sma, and now the 50sma, holding so strong above the 4s yesterday

I know it's not what you were hoping for, but you can't deny today's trading is beautiful!!! Weeding out anyone and everyone who is willing to settle for 05s.. setting up very nicely for a move upwards the rest of the week.

I couldn't agree more that it was a great show of strength and set us up well to knock off the 100sma (pps = .067), for the continuation toward the .16+ range that we saw BEFORE we even knew of the FIRST partnership - which we learned about on 7/14 by following breadcrumbs to the TransUnion site. (the following day's announcement of a delay until Q4 for the Definitive Agreement (DA) was of course what began the sharp oscillations seen on the trade chart)

Judging from some of the traders tweeting on social media with hopes for "red" anytime soon, it's easy to agree that many flippers are now "dumped out" with their short-sighted gains.

We have a great lineup of positive catalysts lined up now, starting tomorrow and continuing until the point that we could see that huge discontinuous step up in pps from the nickel/dime/quarter range to a whole new level, in a matter of minutes with the DA news:

1) Gonzalez' conference "presentation" tomorrow, announcements before and after regarding new partnerships and the strategic roadmap, followed by a recording to be made available to the public (within a day or two, we are expecting);

2) Completion of the Tender Offer for the C Series roll-up, which expires on Friday, 10/16, at 5pm;

3) Signed Definitive Agreement (DA) expected "early Q4" - shareholders generally expecting that this will come late October / early November, but anytime after the Tender Offer is wrapped up. This window starts next week and continues through the first/second week of November.

My guess is we are well within a 30-day window for seeing the signed DA, and I have a reasonable (in my mind) hopeful expectation of seeing the announcement before the end of this month.
