"Also, many medical and scientific sources have claimed the average person is deficient in vitamin 'D', which is known to help strengthen our immune systems. The simple act of buying and taking an extra 2000-3000 IU of D supplement may help one fight off covid-19 and other viruses."

On anther note, a believe it should be be strongly considered by the CDC the known fact that uncontrolled blood sugar, the leading cause of complications for diabetics-be they type 1(insulin dependent, typically targets younger, teens and younger) or type 2 (adult onset). Uncontrolled blood sugar wreaks havoc on many of the bodies organs- heart, kidney's, liver, all of em.

Then there is age, which has also been proven to show that blood sugar increases as non-diabetics age.

Whether one is not diabetic, or old, much of America is overweight and those who are, likely have an elevated blood sugar level...don't take much to start a forest fire with the changes , historically, both diet wise, and otherwise.
