Taking bets just for kicks: I never make specific predictions, but I think $QUTR's pps will be WAAAAAAY higher by the end of next week. Anyone disagree? Winner gets bragging rights in perpetuity. Loser has to admit being wrong.



Me:

I think it's going to piddle down and bounce around between .010-.012 again unless something substantial is released. There is nothing to get excited about until then besides the twidiots saying it's going to be huge.
So in essence, I disagree with a disclaimer.
