Colin Tucker,Emil Malak found Guilty of Breach of Fiduciary duties and UNJUST-enrichment!
Have you ever thought it may be the other way around?
Kipping financed VPLM’s purchase of Digifonica via a convertible note.
He fell ill and was hospitalized for 6 months and paralyzed/quad.
While in hospital The BOD created a false financial report and froze Kipping etals stock.
Basically ripped him off for app.$1.7 million by grabbing the stock that was issued to pay the debt.
The investigation into that Scottsdale thing he was proven NOT to be “a person of interest”
The Jury trial he won last August found that the stock was not only paid for but issued correctly and without fraud.
Connect the dots NS,look at the ONLY place or person that spreads this garbage.
Kipping& Kwan etal are owed a ton .
This is ours and other shareholders opinion.
We are all looking forward to seeing the truth and clearing Richard Kipping and Terry Kwan’s case.
