Or, is he so stupid he didn't have a plan.

Maybe his objective was to reset the markets expectations as to timing which was beyond vague as "soon" can mean anything; let the market know that some products won't come to market at all and in general tamp down the volatility of the stock.

I'm glad a voted no to everything on the proxy. Especially Ji's ridiculous stock plan. He is a joke of a CEO. They need a professional to come in and make Ji chief science officer or something like that.
