All the shares out right now in the market are the ones DL took off bid. All the ones takes out or to be taken out are the ones he did not take off bid early this year.

If any shares get canceled they will be the ones NOT out right now.

I don't know how to be any clearer

There are many here that received billions of their XMET shares as a dividend from another stock and have held them for 15 years and still hold them so David Lazar could not have purchased those.

If David Lazar bought 2 billion shares then he would have to have sold those 2 billion shares for the people here to own them. Hope this helps.
