I have no idea what that means.

I said that we have had no filing or report of the private placement being closed.

And that is true. So until we see otherwise? It has not closed.

And let's bear in mind that this was supposed to close this summer, then by Oct. Well, it hasn't happened and won't happen.

Why? Because why would anyone want to invest up to $15 M with a company who has a CEO this incompetent and who gets nothing done?
Total waste of time and money to put cash into something like this.

If the company was aggressive, happening, making deals, bringing in other revenue producing companies? Sure, I could see investors putting money into the clinic idea.

But not when they have shown zero ability to get anything done or run anything in a profitable way. People look at that and say "no thanks".
