I think because 1. it's a relatively new company. 2. Not really new technology, but Major new advances in the tech, led by these guys. 3. It's an OTC stock not really paid attention to by institutional investors. But, I have a feeling that's going to change in a big way once uplisted. Huge potential IMO. GL.
