MIC, you are correct, they are too excited about themselves... Which on one hand is a good thing because they believe in their company, on the other hand, exactly to your point, sometimes they will let it sit as the price drifts further and further and further down. Bottom line, revenue stream to market cap is well beyond 99% of OTC or more, this is as safe as it gets in penny world IMO. And they are growing.
