Dillards here was an anchor store in our mall that was shut down. Somehow they survived and turned it into a discount store and they still exist while the rest of the mall has closed down.

The local college bought up the mall but Dillards must have a lease that is golden.

On the same property Target has a stand alone store. And that is the only one that exists today.
