No, the Grey Market doesn’t have MMs.

The amended and final rule to 15c2-11 that I was referring to Requires current issuer information / financials to be publicly available. CNXS hasn’t submitted anything current in over 2 1/2 years.

According to OTCMarkets, CNXS is currently considered Caveat Emptor, aka Let the Buyer Be Aware.

SO THE GREY MARKET STOCKS WILL HAVE MMS?
